DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON JD GROUP LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND

With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of JD Group Limited
have declared a final dividend of 182 cents per ordinary share payable on
Monday, 11 December 2006 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 8 December 2006.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, JDGIDC,
will receive a JD Group Limited final dividend of 182 cents per security payable
on Monday, 11 December 2006 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade
("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 1
December 2006.
JDGIDC Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 4 December 2006, and the record date
will be Friday, 8 December 2006.
