DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON PRETORIA PORTLAND CEMENT COMPANY LIMITED HOT
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("PPCIHA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Pretoria Portland
Cement Company Limited have declared a final dividend of 1100 cents and a
special dividend of 770 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 8 January
2007 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close
of business on Friday, 5 January 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
PPCIHA, will receive a Pretoria Portland Cement Company Limited final dividend
of 1100 cents and a special dividend of 770 cents per security payable
simultaneously on Monday, 8 January 2007 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Thursday, 28 December 2006.
PPCIHA Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Friday, 29 December 2006, and the record
date will be Friday, 5 January 2007.
