RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING/CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of ARM held on
Friday, 24 November 2006, all resolutions were passed by the requisite majority
of shareholders.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited we hereby advised that Dr Sibusiso P Sibisi, who in terms of the
Articles of Association was required to retire by rotation at the annual general
meeting, advised that he would not seek re-election at the annual general
meeting. His term as a director is therefore terminated with immediate effect.
