At the nineteenth (19th) annual general meeting of the shareholders of RMB
Holdings held today, 24 November 2006, the requisite majority of shareholders
approved all the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution proposed at the
meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
