RESULT OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CAUTIONARY
At the Annual General Meeting held on Friday 24 November 2006 ("the AGM") the
requisite majority of Unitrans shareholders approved all the ordinary
resolutions and the special resolution proposed at the meeting.
The special resolution passed at the AGM will be lodged with the Registrar of
Companies for registration.
Shareholders present at the AGM were advised that the Company has entered into
discussions which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price of the Company"s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company"s securities until a full announcement is made.
