Plc was notified on 23 November 2006 by Prudential Plc that as at 21
November 2006 their interest in the Company"s share capital has decreased
to 21,373,093 ordinary shares of US$1 each representing 14.48% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
Certain subsidiary companies of Prudential Plc have notifiable interests in
some or all of these shares, none of which exceeds the number in which the
parent company is interested.
