FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements, the most recent of
which was released on SENS on 11 October 2006, wherein shareholders were advised
that Simmers has embarked on a process to raise additional capital through its
subsidiary First Uranium (Pty) Limited, in order to facilitate the development
of its uranium and gold assets.
This process may have an effect on the price of the company"s securities, if
successfully concluded. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in Simmers shares until a further announcement
is made.
