UNDERWRITING OF THE RIGHTS ISSUE OF METROFILE HOLDINGS LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
15 September 2006 wherein Sabvest announced its intention to underwrite the
rights issue proposed by Metrofile Holdings Limited ("the Metrofile
Underwriting").
Shareholders are advised that Sabvest did not receive any shares as a result of
the Metrofile Underwriting as the rights issue was oversubscribed by existing
shareholders directly and through excess applications.
