RESULTS OF THE RIGHTS OFFER
Further to the announcements on SENS on 13 October 2006 and 20 October 2006,
Metrofile Holdings shareholders are advised that the results of the rights offer
of 188 897 403 Metrofile Holdings shares ("rights offer shares") to Metrofile
Holdings shareholders or their renouncees at a price of 75 cents per rights
offer share in the ratio of 255 rights offer shares for every 100 Metrofile
Holdings shares held on the record date of the rights offer ("the rights
offer"), which closed on Friday, 24 November 2006, are as follows:

Due to the fact that the rights offer was fully subscribed after taking into
account the excess applications received, the underwriters will not be allocated
any rights offer shares.
The safe custody accounts of dematerialised shareholders, or their renouncees,
who have followed their rights, will be updated and accounts credited by their
CSDP or broker, and share certificates will be posted to certificated
shareholders, on or about today, being Monday, 27 November 2006.
5 225 628 rights offer shares are available to be allocated to Metrofile
Holdings shareholders who applied for additional rights offer shares. The excess
applications will be allocated to shareholders on or about Wednesday, 29
November 2006, once the shareholders register for the record date is available.
The allocation of the excess applications will be performed on an equitable
basis and will take cognisance of the total number of Metrofile Holdings shares
held by each shareholder who applied for additional rights offer shares,
calculated after the issue of the rights offer shares for which subscriptions
were received.
Cheques refunding monies in respect of unsuccessful applications by holders of
certificated Metrofile Holdings shares for additional rights offer shares will
be posted to the relevant applicants, at their risk, on or about Thursday, 30
November 2006. No interest will be paid on monies received in respect of
unsuccessful applications.
