Posting of Excellerate"s annual report and annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Excellerate"s audited results for the year ended 30 June 2006,
published on 6 October 2006 ("the provisional results"), the annual report was
posted on 27 November 2006. The annual report contains the following
modifications to the aforementioned provisional results:
1. Segmental report
Information regarding the "Cash flow from financing activities" portion of the
segmental report for the year ended 30 June 2006 and the "Depreciation" portion
of the segmental report for the year ended 30 June 2005 is set out in the annual
report as follows:

The disclosure of the classification of information between the segments

Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Excellerate will be held at 14h00
on Monday, 18 December 2006 at 1st floor, Atholl Square, Corner Katherine Street
& Wierda Road East, Sandown, Sandton to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
