CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited
("JSE"), the board of directors of ERM hereby notifies its shareholders that
Mr. Barney Esterhuyzen has been appointed as a non-executive director of the
Company with effect from Tuesday, 28 November 2006.
Mr. Esterhuyzen (B.Comm LLB) is an advocate and entrepreneur. He has served on
a number of boards including JSE listed SAIL Group Limited, where he acted as
Chairman of the company. He is currently executive Chairman of the Luna Group
(Proprietary) Limited, a private equity investment company based in Cape Town.
He is also a director of JSE listed Digicore Limited, where he was appointed
in December 2005.
