CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, combined unitholders are advised of the following changes to the board
of directors of Hyprop:
Khosi Sibisi BA (Social Sciences), Diploma Supply Chain Management has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director. Khosi returned to South
Africa in 1993 after 15 years in the USA and served on the Independent Electoral
Commission for the 1994 elections. She has subsequently headed preferential
procurement at Telkom and Harmony Gold where she was also responsible for
government relations. Khosi is currently CEO and founder of Khusela Women
Investments.
Laurence Cohen CA(SA) has been appointed as an executive director to the board.
Laurence has served as financial director of Hyprop Management Company (Pty)
Limited for three years. He is currently a non-executive director of Canal Walk
Management Company (Pty) Limited and Vunani Property Investment Fund (Pty)
Limited.
Mike Flax CA(SA) has been appointed as alternate director to Mark Wainer. Janys
Finn CA(SA) has been appointed as alternate director to Wolf Cesman. Peter
Thurling CA(SA) has relinquished his position as a director and has taken up the
position as alternate director to Michael Aitken.
Sarah Webb has resigned as a director.
All of the above changes are effective 1 December 2006.
