CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mrs Ntombizodwa Yvonne Mhinga ("Yvonne") has been appointed to the board of
Simeka BSG as a non-executive director of the company. Mr James H Murray has
resigned as a non-executive director of the company. Both of these changes are
effective immediately.
Yvonne who is better known as "Yvonne Chaka-Chaka" has been dubbed the "Princess
of Africa" for her musical talent. She has recently made a very successful
transition to being a business person with a specific preference for support of
Broad Based Empowerment initiatives. Yvonne acts as a Brand Ambassador for
several Global Initiatives and will assist Simeka BSG in attracting and
retaining notable visibility in both local and international markets.
