RESIGNATION OF CHAIRMAN AND NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dr Khayakhulu Ngqula, Non-executive Director and Chairman has submitted his
resignation as Non-executive Director and Chairman of Mittal Steel South Africa,
effective from 31 December 2006.
The Board has accepted Dr Ngqula"s resignation with regret.
APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
Dr Khotso David Kenneth Mokhele, independent Non-executive Director, has been
appointed Chairman of Mittal Steel South Africa Limited with effect from 1
January 2007, replacing Dr Khayakhulu Ngqula.
