CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, linked unitholders are advised of the following changes to the
board of directors of Resilient:
Jacques van Wyk has relinquished his position as financial director,
remaining on as an executive director to the board; and
Andries de Lange has been appointed as an executive director to the board and
assumes the position of financial director.
The above changes are effective with immediate effect.
