ACQUISITION OF A 33% SHARE IN ATLAS PROPERTIES LIMITED ("ATLAS")
Linked unitholders are referred to the announcement dated 24 October 2006,
regarding the acquisition of 33% of the linked units in Atlas. Linked
unitholders are now advised that Acucap has today taken transfer of 21,040,644
linked units in Atlas, and that payment of R331,390,143 has been effected to
Hoanib Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Limited (`Hoanib"), the vendor of the
Atlas units. The acquisition of the Atlas units was funded by the issue of
13,255,606 Acucap linked units to Hoanib, and these units were placed in the
market on behalf of Hoanib.
