In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Delta
shareholders are advised that Mr Michael Ogden has been appointed as company
secretary of Delta with effect from 1 December 2006.
Furthermore, Mr Chris Jacobs, who held both the positions of company secretary
and financial director, will continue as financial director of Delta.
