Changes to the board of directors
Shareholders are hereby notified that Ms Jo-Ann Johnston has resigned as a non-
executive director with effect from 30 November 2006. Her resignation is due
to a possible conflict of interest, which might have arisen due to her
recently changed role within the Department of Trade and Industry.
Mr Given Mkhari has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
with effect from 1 December 2006. Given is the CEO of MSG Afrika Investment
Holdings, a wholly black owned investment holding company established in 2002.
He has worked in various aspects of the media and creative industries
including, but not limited to, radio broadcasting and management, television
production, public relations, advertising and events management. Given is
also Chairman of The Jupiter Drawing Room and The Communications Firm.
