Change in the shareholding structure
The shareholding of Namibian Sea Products Limited ("Namsea") has changed
following the acquisition of the 72% shareholding previously held by BB
Investments in Namsea by Namsov Fishing Enterprises (Pty) Ltd ("Namsov"). Both
BB Investments (Pty) Ltd and Namsov are subsidiaries of Bidvest. The ultimate
controlling shareholder being Bidvest has therefore not changed. The effective
date is 1 December 2006
Change in the year-end
The Board has approved the change of the financial year-end of Namsea from 31
December to 30 June with effect from 31 December 2006.
