WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements commencing 19 June
2006, and last renewed on 23 October 2006. Super Group board received an
unsolicited interest from a private equity-led consortium to acquire the entire
issued ordinary share capital of Super Group. The consortium, several weeks ago,
completed a comprehensive due diligence of the company which satisfied their
requirements. Super Group board was informed today that the consortium, for
their own internal reasons unrelated to the due diligence, has decided not to
proceed with their envisaged transaction. Shareholders are advised that caution
is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in Super Group shares.
