ACQUISITION OF LICENCE AGREEMENT AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement of 30 October 2006, Arcay Moela Sponsors
(Pty) Ltd is authorised to advise that the company was successful in obtaining
an exclusive licence from a North-American based company, SANKHIA Inc. This bio-
medical licence will enable the company"s subsidiary, Lazaron Biotechnologies
(SA) Ltd, ("Lazaron"), through a sub-licence from the company, to extend its
service offering into the field of human immunology and immune engineered
solutions by the end of the first quarter of 2007.
Lazaron has already established the necessary additional laboratory facilities
that will enable the company to offer this service throughout Southern Africa,
neighbouring countries and the Indian Ocean Islands. The technology for this
service was developed by a group of leading European and American scientists and
this service is anticipated to be rolled out for the first time in North America
during the first quarter of 2007.
Stakeholders are further advised that the company has entered into negotiations
for the acquisition of a significant stake in a South-African Aerospace company
and are accordingly advised to exercise caution in dealing with the company"s
shares until the results of the negotiations are known.
