Changes to the board of directors of Tiwheel
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Tiwheel hereby announces the following changes to it"s board of directors
due to the restructuring of the company, with immediate effect;
The resignation of Mr Brian Joffe as non-executive director. Due to his
resignation his alternate director, Mr Sybrand G Pretorius, ceases to be an
alternate director;
The resignation of Mr Siegfield F Teichert and Mr Keith W Rivers; and
The appointment of Mr Alan Salomon as a non-executive director and Mr Brian
Joffe as his alternate director.
The board would like to thank the directors for their highly valued
contributions to the company.
