CHANGE TO THE BOARD
SA Eagle shareholders are advised that Mr. Martin South, the CEO of Zurich"s
International Businesses Division, which forms part of the Zurich Financial
Services Group, the ultimate holding company of SA Eagle, has resigned effective
the end of December 2006.
Mr. South will therefore also resign from his position as Chairman of the SA
Eagle Board.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. South for his valuable contribution over the
years.
Mr. Patrick O"Sullivan will immediately assume responsibility for Zurich"s
International Businesses Division and will work with Mr. South to ensure an
orderly transition through the balance of the calendar year.
