DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the distribution amount payable for GROWTHPOINT
PROPERTIES LIMITED and that as a result of the distribution declaration
relating to GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED (GRT) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared an interim dividend amount of 0.03 cents
and an interest payment amount of 29.97 cents per share instalment that is
payable on Tuesday, 2 January 2007.
The last day to trade cum distribution is Wednesday, 20 December 2006. The
share instalment will commence trading ex distribution from Thursday, 21
December 2006 and the record date will be Friday, 29 December 2006.
