Following the Scheme of Arrangement between Real Africa Holdings (South Africa)
and Sun International (South Africa), receipt of updated shareholder information
and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the
following changes:
INDEX CHANGE EFFECTIVE FROM
START OF TRADING
FTSE/JSE Africa Small Cap (J202) Real Africa Holdings (South Africa,
ZAE000008702, 6733753) will remain in the index with an unchanged shares in
issue total of 375,128,000 and a decreased investability weighting of 50%.
