BROAD-BASED BEE TRANSACTION
On 23 June 2006 unitholders approved the issue of 10,810,811 Resilient units at
R18.50, to Eagle`s Eye Investments (Pty) Ltd. Shortly after this approval the
company concluded a broad-based BEE equity transaction in line with the
framework set out in the information circular to that meeting (see circular
dated 8 June 2006). Unitholders are now advised that all statutory requirements
relating to the conclusion of this BEE transaction have been complied with.
