WITHDRAWAL OF 2006 ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 30 June 2006
(grey) which was posted to shareholders on 4 December 2006 was sent out in error
as the information contained therein had not been finalised and approved by the
company`s auditors and board of directors. That annual report and the notice of
the annual general meeting of shareholders contained therein are therefore
withdrawn and the final approved annual report (green) and the amended notice of
annual general meeting will be posted to shareholders on or about 21 December
2006.
Details of the annual general meeting of shareholders will be published on SENS
in the usual manner on or about 21 December 2006.
This announcement will also be posted to all shareholders of the company on 13
December 2006.
