NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
As of 14 December 2006 Super Group`s annual report will be available on its
website at www.supergrp.com.
Super Group will post its audited 15 months period financial statements for the
financial period ended 30 June 2006 to shareholders on or about 23rd December
2006. Super Group will not be publishing an abridged report at this date as the
audited financial information published on 26 September 2006 is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the members of Super
Group Limited in respect of the 15 months period ended 30 June 2006 will be held
at the registered offices of the company, 27 Impala Road, Chislehurston,
Sandton, on Wednesday 31 January 2007.
