Cautionary announcement
Shareholders are advised that the South African Revenue Services has issued
additional tax assessments against certain group companies of m Cubed, which the
company intends objecting against. This potential liability has not currently
been provided for. If successful, the assessments will have a materially
negative impact on the value of m Cubed`s shares.
The company accordingly advises shareholders to exercise caution when trading in
the company`s shares.
This cautionary is unrelated to the dispute with the Regulator referred to in
earlier cautionary announcements.
