NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Audited results
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s annual report for the year ended 30
June 2006 ("the annual report") containing the Company`s audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2006 will be posted to
shareholders on or about 15 December 2006. The Company will not publish an
abridged report, as the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2006
contained in the annual report do not differ from the reviewed results for the
year ended 30 June 2006 which were released on SENS on 5 September 2006 and
published in the press on 6 September 2006.
The audited results of the Company referred to above were audited by the
Company`s auditors, PKF (Jhb) Inc. and their unqualified report is available for
inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice of the annual general meeting
The Company`s annual general meeting of shareholders will be held in the
boardroom at Mvelaphanda House, Hunts End, 36 Wierda Road West, Wierda Valley,
Sandton on Friday, 26 January 2007 at 11h00 to transact the business set out in
the notice of the annual general meeting contained in the annual report.
