PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES IN TOP FIX HOLDINGS LIMITED
The directors of Top Fix would like to announce that the
Company`s Employee Share Trust purchased 10 000 ordinary
shares at R1.60 per share for a total value of R16,000 on
the 10th of December 2006.
The executive and non-executive directors of the Company are
beneficiaries to this scheme.
Note:
The listing of the ordinary shares is on ALTX. In terms of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE, potential investors must
be advised of the risk of investing in an entity listed on
ALTX. All potential investors should carefully consider the
entire contents of the Pre-Listing Statement before deciding
whether or not to purchase ordinary shares. There may be
risks of which the Top Fix directors are not aware.

timeframe, an entity listed on ALTX faces suspension and
subsequent termination of its listing without the prospect
of an appropriate offer to minorities.
