CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING
Metrofile Holdings shareholders ("shareholders") are referred to the circular
posted to shareholders on 6 November 2006, which set out the terms and
conditions of the rights offer, purchase and cancellation of treasury shares and
the acquisition of the minority interests in Metrofile (Proprietary) Limited
("the minority acquisition transaction")(collectively referred to as "the
transaction").
With the successful completion of the transaction, on the basis that the
purchase and cancellation of treasury share have been finalised, the names of
the persons and institutions reflected in Metrofile Holdings` register of
shareholders as holding a beneficial interest in 5% or more of the issued share
capital of Metrofile Holdings is set out below:
