CORRECTION TO CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING ANNOUNCEMENT
Metrofile Holdings shareholders are referred to the announcement released on
SENS earlier today, being 15 December 2006, and are advised that the number of
shares held by Sabvest Investments (Proprietary) Limited in Metrofile Holdings,
was incorrectly stated.
The table below reflects the correct shareholdings in the issued share capital
of Metrofile Holdings, based on a share register dated 1 December 2006, which
was subsequently updated with the shares acquired through the excess allocations
in terms of the rights offer and the acquisition of the minority interests in
Metrofile (Proprietary) Limited.
