CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Johnnic has acquired the right to a 90% interest
in Montauk Energy Capital LLC (a limited liability company incorporated in
Delaware, USA) which operates landfill-gas-to-energy sites within the USA. The
right to this acquisition is subject to the fulfilment of the various conditions
precedent including regulatory approvals.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution in dealing in Johnnic
shares pending further announcements.
