Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In order to comply with the EU Transparency Directive following its
implementation through the provisions of the Financial Services Authority`s
Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the
following:
The total number of ordinary shares of 2p of IPSA in issue as at the date of
this notice is 66,129,469.
There are no shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in
the Company is therefore 66,129,469.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify
their interest, or change to their interest, in IPSA, under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
