TRADING HALT - TRANSACTION ANNOUNCEMENT
GVM wishes to advise that it is presently finalising a transaction announcement
details of which have already been disclosed on the JSE Limited.
In pursuance of the ASX Listing Rules, GVM has sought and obtained a trading
halt on the ASX and JSE for one trading day in order to facilitate finalisation
of the announcement process.
GVM is expected to commence trade on 19 December 2006.
