RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Excellerate held at the
registered office of Excellerate today, the resolutions relating to:
the introduction of Akenton Services (Proprietary) Limited ("Akenton") as a 25%
shareholder in Excellerate`s wholly owned subsidiary, Excellerate Investment
Holdings (Proprietary) Limited ("EIH"); and
a potential future share exchange that would result in Akenton exchanging its
shareholding in EIH for shares in Excellerate,
were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
