Posting of Sekunjalo`s annual report and annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Sekunjalo`s audited results for the year ended 31 August 2006,
published on 28 November 2006 ("the provisional results"), the annual report was
posted to shareholders on Thursday, 14 December 2006. The annual report contains
modifications to the provisional results as set out below.
Cash flow statement
The classification between the operating, investing and financing activities as
set out in the cash flow statement contained in the annual report are as
follows:

The change in the above classifications is as a result of more fairly presenting
the cash flow activities.

The statement of changes in equity as contained in the annual report is set out
below. Further to the statement of changes in equity contained in the
provisional results, reclassifications between changes relating to the
acquisitions of subsidiaries and those relating to IFRS adjustments and Errors
have been made and further details regarding Errors have been provided.

Diluted earnings per share ("eps") and headline earnings per share ("heps")
Diluted eps and heps are reflected as 18.84 cents and 19.47 cents respectively
in the annual report. This change arose as result of using a corrected diluted
weighted average amount of shares in issue of 357,810,172 in comparison to the
347 098 813 shares used in arriving at diluted eps and heps in the provisional
results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Sekunjalo will be held at 15h00 on
Tuesday, 27 February 2007 at Steenberg Golf Club, Steenberg Estate, Tokai Road,
Tokai, Cape Town to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual
general meeting forming part of the annual report.
