DRDGOLD draws attention to an announcement by Emperor Mines Limited ("Emperor")
this morning that in accordance with Australian Stock Exchange Listing Rules
3.16.3 Emperor advises that it has appointed KPMG as auditors of Emperor.
DRDGOLD, through its wholly owned subsidiary, DRD (Offshore) Limited, holds
78.72% of the issued shares of Emperor which is listed on the Australian Stock
Exchange.
