Audited results
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
30 September 2006 will be dispatched to shareholders on 22 December 2006 and
contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on 14
November 2006.
The audited results of the Company as referred to above and the annual financial
statements were audited by the Company`s auditors, KPMG Inc. and their report is
available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 33rd annual general meeting of the Company`s
shareholders will be held in the boardroom at Coronation House, Boundary
Terraces, 1 Mariendahl Lane, Newlands, Cape Town on Thursday, 25 January 2007 at
10h00 to transact businesses as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting forming part of the annual financial statements.
