CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Moneyweb has entered into negotiations, which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price at which the
Company`s securities trade on the JSE Limited ("the JSE").
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s securities on the JSE until a further announcement is made in this
regard.

Warning: The listing of ordinary shares in the company is on AltX. Investors
