APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTORS
In terms of section 3, paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
StratCorp Limited wish to advise shareholders that its board of directors have
been expanded with the following board appointments all effective 1 January
2007:
Mr IA Fazel has been appointed as non executive director as well as Chairman on
the Audit Committee. Mr Fazel is currently the Chief Operating Officer of the
Inspector-General for Intelligence;
Mr MM Tshishonga has been appointed as Non Executive director and member of the
Audit Committee. Mr Tshishonga, currently acting as a consultant, was previously
a Director-General in the Department of Justice.
Mr IM Wright has been appointed as Chief Information Officer. Mr Wright will be
responsible for all the IT needs of the StratCorp group.
Mr JJ Steynberg, currently a non executive director has been appointed, as
Executive Director responsible for the management of StratEquity (Pty) Ltd.
