Cautionary announcement
Shareholders are advised that the Company has received expressions of interest
from various parties to acquire certain of the divisions of Sethold, and also to
acquire all or a material shareholding in Sethold.
The Board is considering the documentation but is not yet in a position to
decline to engage in a process with the parties, or alternatively to make any
positive recommendation to shareholders. However, shareholders are advised that
the expectations of interest represent premiums to the current prices at which
Sethold`s shares are trading on the JSE.
Shareholders are therefore advised to exercise caution in dealing in their
shares in the Company until a further announcement is made.
