Notice is given that the company has declared dividend number 116 (5.5 cents)
and 117 (5.5 cents) amounting in total to 11 cents per share on its 5.5%
cumulative preference shares for 30 June 2006 and 31 December 2006,
respectively. The relevant dates are as follows:
Last day to trade cum-dividend Friday, 26 January 2007
Shares trade ex-dividend Monday, 29 January 2007
Record date Friday, 2 February 2007
Date payable Monday, 5 February 2007
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 29 January 2007 and Friday, 2 February 2007 both days inclusive.
This announcement replaces the announcement released on SENS on 8 January 2007
and published in the press on 9 January 2007, in which the dates 2 and 5
February 2007 was incorrectly reflected as "2 and 5 March 2007".
