In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
following information is disclosed.
Shareholders are advised that Mr Peter H Flack has resigned as a non-executive
director and chairman of the Company, with effect from 8 January 2007. The
board is considering his replacement and will make an announcement in this
regard after its next meeting on 5 February 2007.
