Further Cautionary Announcement
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 15 December 2006, shareholders are
advised that the controlling shareholders of Primedia have been approached by a
consortium of investors which could, subject to board approval and approval by
non-interested shareholders, lead to the delisting of Primedia and the
restructuring of certain of its operations into a new listed entity.
Accordingly, Primedia ordinary and N ordinary shareholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in their shares until a further
announcement is made.
