APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The board of directors of Cullinan wishes to advise that Andre Viljoen, the
former head of South African Airways, has been appointed Managing Director of
the company.
Cullinan, with an outstanding portfolio of travel interests including the
Thompsons Tours and Travel group, Pentravel and Hylton Ross, will benefit from
Andre`s extensive knowledge of the African Tourism Industry.
Andre will take up his role from mid-January 2007. Anton Thompson, the current
chief Executive Officer of the company, will retain his title and become Deputy
Chairman while handing over the day-to-day management of the company to Andre.
Commenting on the appointment, Michael Ness, the Chairman of Cullinan, stated
that the appointment is a clear indication of the company`s commitment to
expanding in the leisure industry.
