De-listing on the JSE Limited ("JSE")
The Board of Directors of Namsea decided to terminate the secondary listing of
the company on the JSE. The company applied to the JSE on 8 January 2007 to
terminate the listing on the JSE.
Following the de-listing on the JSE all certificates currently held in
electronic form in STRATE will be re-materialised and transferred to the
Namibian shareholder register. Share certificates may not be dematerialised
after 19 January 2007.
