Shareholders of Vesta are advised that at the general meeting of shareholders of
the company held at 10h00 on Thursday, 11 January 2007, the special resolution
proposed to change the name of the company from Vesta to "Vestor Investments
Limited" was passed by the requisite number of shareholders. The special
resolution will be lodged at CIPRO on Friday, 12 January 2007.
