Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 8 January 2007.
Miranda is pleased to inform shareholders that the guarantee for the following
prospecting permit has been lodged with the Department of Minerals and Energy:
The farms Vogelstruisfontein 34IQ, Palmietkuil 25IQ and Elandsfontein 21 IQ
(known as the Syferbult - Boons Gold project), situated in the magisterial
districts of Ventersdorp and Koster, North West Province, and covering an area
of 4,830 ha Makoanyene 667 situated in the district of Kuruman, in the Northern
Cape Province.
